About
Emma Fraser is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and Musical Director born and raised in Hertfordshire. From a young age she has been passionate about music and performing, making her first stage appearance at the age of five. She started learning the piano in primary school and went on to study viola and saxophone, obtaining a trinity diploma in the latter, as well as a variety of woodwind instruments and accordion.
Emma studied music at the University of Surrey, achieving a BMus with First Class honours, before going on to attain a Postgraduate Diploma in Musical Theatre Performance from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. With over a decade of experience working in the industry, Emma has worked with performers of all ages and uses an energetic and enthusiastic approach to bring out a confident performance in the singers she coaches. As a performer herself, she understands how to cultivate connected and emotional storytelling through song. Emma has taught at drama schools across the UK, including LAMDA, Laine Theatre Arts and Emil Dale.
